Who we are
This website is run by I Care Psych (“we”, “us”), 3632 Land O Lakes Blvd, Suite 101, Land O Lakes, FL 34639.

This page explains what happens when you visit our website. Our Notice of Privacy Practices (PDF) explains how we use and protect your health information as a patient. If the two ever differ about your health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices applies.
What we collect on this website: nothing directly
- The site has no sign-up forms, contact forms or chat. We don’t ask you to type any personal information on it.
- We don’t use cookies, analytics (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels, social-media trackers or session recording.
- The site doesn’t load scripts, fonts or images from other companies.
- If you use the light/dark switch, your browser remembers your choice on your own device (in local storage, key
icp-theme). It contains only the word light or dark, is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Hosting and server logs
Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like most web hosts, Netlify automatically records basic technical information when any page or file is requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We don’t use this information to identify visitors. Netlify handles it under its own Netlify privacy policy.
Links to other services
Some buttons take you to services run by other companies. When you use them, you leave our website, and that company’s terms and privacy policy apply:
- Online booking: healow, by eClinicalWorks
- Patient portal and online bill pay: eClinicalWorks patient portal
- Directions: Google Maps
We have agreements with these booking and portal vendors that require them to protect patient health information.
Patient forms (PDFs)
The forms on this site are blank PDF files that you download. Opening or downloading a form sends us no information. Please return completed forms through the Patient Portal, by fax to 813-729-8669, or in person. Please don’t email completed forms.
Email, phone and fax
If you email us at scheduling@icarepsych.com, call 813-606-5668 or fax 813-729-8669, we receive whatever you choose to send. Regular email isn’t secure, so please don’t include medical or personal health details in email. Our Notice of Privacy Practices (PDF) explains the risks of unsecured email.
Not for emergencies
If you are in crisis, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Email, online booking and the portal are not monitored for emergencies.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children through it.
We don’t sell your information
We don’t sell or share information about website visitors for advertising.
Changes to this policy
If our website practices change, for example if we ever add analytics or an online form, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
